Below is an actual Tweetplan: 7 prepared messages that can be cut and pasted as and when we like. There are several elements to point out.

• Each Tweet is less than 140 characters long
• Each Tweet contains motivational text and a link
• bit.ly links are trackable
• bit.ly links are search engine friendly when they are embedded in a web page
• Some tweets have no link deliberately, these direct the visitor to your profile page
• Some tweets have the link in the middle of the tweet, so it cannot be cut off when retweeted
