For the money this book has more aha’s than any other and discusses real human situations. It showcases Social Media whilst demonstrates real commercial and consumer benefits, with virtually no techno speak.
Actually, if you are a technologist, this book is probably not for you as you would have probably heard the case studies presented at trade events around the world. That explains why it is so good, it has stood the test of time, albeit that it was only published in 2008 – 18 months is a long time in this industry!
Truly easy to read, inspirational content.
