There have been some technical difficulties fed back, so we hope that the following helps those who have found the process challenging.

When the PDF has downloaded, to read it you will need this password (lowercase): bsfusm
If for some reason the password does not work, try cutting and pasting it.

If this still does not work, check with Adobe.com that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. Adobe’s free PDF reader.

There is a known Mac compatibility problem with all PDFs, where Acrobat only shows one page. To get around this you need to command click and save the document to your machine. Then open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat to read each page.

If you would like a printed version in the post, let me know. So far hundreds of people have requested printed copies, so, to cover postage and handling our fee is £2 if you are in the UK, or $8 if you are based overseas.

Many have taken this document and in truth improved it, you are welcome to do that too. In return I would like a copy of your new and improved version and a link back to this website. You must also state the original author as David White of Weboptimiser (there are a few of us about).
