I am not always able to answer emails, sometimes they slip away to email heaven. The best thing that you could do that would be really helpful is to leave comments using the comment boxes that appear on most pages of this blog. They all get emailed and we can see them when we check into the site – which is often.

I would appreciate seeing this all on one page or in downloadable format. I don’t have time to go page-to-page. I am looking for a quick and easy to use guide. And step #1 – get a Twitter account. Sorry, but that is insulting. If I didn’t already have a Twitter account I wouldn’t be looking for help understanding it!! Thanks :-)

Hey Heidi Thanks for your comments, a few people have said the same about the format of the content. It all takes time!

I have surveyed visitors to the site and some said that they need help with getting a Twitter account, it appears that this site is read by some who are looking into Twitter.

This is further borne out in a survey that we have just completed, that shows that still Twitter has growth in it compared to say owners of a blog or even a more general business website.
